I bought it new but never used it as I prefer to use an Iphone. It comes with an extra battery (new, unused) as well as an Otterbox Defender Case.

There is some smaller signs of use on the Otterbox Case but the phone itself is in near new condition.

It will work fine with the Docomo network.
