このメスカルはフレンチオークとアメリカンオークを組み合わせて18ヶ月熟成させた。 ジグナムは一般的なメスカル製造のようにリュウゼツランを焙煎せず、新鮮な果汁をスチーム調理する方法を選んでいる。 そのため、メスカルにありがちなスモーキーさはあまり感じないが、植物的なアガベのフレーバーが好きな人には、良い1本となるはずだ！ 氷を入れてストレートで飲んでもいいし、グレープフルーツ・ソーダで割ると爽快感が増す。

ジューシーなアガベが、濃いエスプレッソ、甘いバニラ、豊かなオークと組み合わさっている。 甘く焦がしたキャラメルと穏やかなナッツの風味が際立つ。

This mezcal was aged for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak. Zignum do not roast their agave, as is common for most Mezcal production – instead they opt for a method of steam cooking the fresh juices. So, if you’re a fan of the vegetal agave flavours that Mezcal has to offer, but not so much of its often characteristic smokiness, this should be a good one for you! Works great sipped neat over ice, or try mixing with grapefruit soda for maximum refreshment.
